Introduction  Welcome to the Southern African Montessori Association (SAMA) website. This site has been created especially for the members of the Association but also for the general Montessori public. We hope you find the listing of schools, training institutions and other information useful. If you have suggestions for improvement please contact us. SAMA's inaugural AGM was held in April 2003 and the association was constituted with the main aims of uniting Montessorians in Southern Africa, uplifting the Montessori image in the territory and establishing more standardized quality criteria within the schools.
