Although SAMA is not a 'policing body' it will make every effort to facilitate good practice between schools, teachers and members of the public.

Should you have a grievance, please follow the procedures outlined in the below document. Then send the completed document to the SAMA Administrator who will forwarded it to the President, who will contact you in due course.
